Meetings

Schedule for Full Council Meetings - 

Meetings of the Town Council usually take place on the second Thursday of each month at 6.45pm at the Alan Caine Council Chamber, Town Hall, High Street, Caistor, unless there are urgent items to consider then an extraordinary meeting will be called.

Committee Meetings - 

Where held, the committee meetings are usually held on 4th Tuesday of the months at the Arts and Heritage Centre on Plough Hill, Caistor.  Committees include Estates Commitee and Personnel and Finance.

Public Forum - 

There is a 10 minute public participation session towards the start of each meeting when members of the public can comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they wish to raise. Those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred, if appropriate, to the next Council meeting or to one of the committees.
