Schedule for Full Council Meetings 2025/26 - 

Meetings of the Town Council usually take place on the second Thursday of each month at 6.45pm at the Alan Caine Council Chamber, Town Hall, High Street, Caistor, unless there are urgent items to consider then an extraordinary meeting will be called.

Where held, the committee meetings are usually held on 4th Tuesday of the months at the Town Hall, Caistor, unless otherwise stated.  Current committees are Estates Commitee and Personnel and Finance.

Public Forum - 

There is a 10 minute public participation session towards the start of each meeting when members of the public can comment on any of the items on the agenda or any item they wish to raise (usually limited to 5 minutes per person). Those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred, if appropriate, to the next Council meeting or to one of the committees.
