Grant applications are now being accepted

Caistor Town Council community grant scheme is open for new applications until 1pm 2nd April 25. Applications received by this date will be considered at the meeting on 10th April.

MEMORIAL/HEADSTONE SAFETY CHECKS

We will be starting memorial safety checks in the North Kelsey Rd Cemetery in January and may need to place notices by some memorials which need work. Further information can be found below.

This is to move the crossing point on the A46, Caistor bypass, to a safer location. Viking Way, between Mansgate Hill & A46 25/11/2024 - 01/05/2025

Caistor Cemetery

Caistor Cemetery is located on North Kelsey Rd and opened for burials in 1914 following the closure of the Church graveyard.

The cemetery is owned and managed by Caistor Town Council in accordance with the Local Authorities Cemeteries Order 1977 and the amendment in 1986.

Those making arrangements for the burial of a loved one in the cemetery will usually do so using the services of a professional Funeral Director.

It is possible to pre-purchase burial plots at the cemetery. Please contact the Town Council if you would like to do this.
