Minutes of the meeting of Caistor Town Council’s Planning Committee held on 12th March 2020.
Present: Cllrs S Gaughan (in the chair), A Clark, S Critten, S Duprat, S Davey, M Galligan, C Mackenzie, ,J Hughes, M Sizer, J Wright & S Wright.
In attendance: Cllr O Bierley, J Hanrahan (Town Clerk) plus six members of the press and public.
Apologies: Cllrs J Bowman, A Somerscales, C Rudd and A Lawrence.

2. Minutes of the previous meeting held on 13th February 2020:
Accepted as a correct record.
3. Decisions made by WLDC:
a. 140280: Granted.
b. 140312: Granted.
c. 140444: Granted.
d. 140443: Granted
4. Applications:
a. 140623: Land adjacent to "Woodlands", North Kelsey Road, Caistor, LN7 6HF. Planning application to erect 1no. dwelling to include outdoor store, greenhouse, wildlife pond and solar panels on roof. Members were not in favour of this development in the countryside as it is contrary to Neighbourhood Plan and Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. This objection was carried with one abstention.
b. 140622: Land off Canada Lane, Members objected, with 2 abstentions, to this proposal and considered the application misleading as the existing structure is unauthorised and the parking area unnecessary. More information and clarification was required.
c. 140727: 14 Navigation Lane, Caistor. No objections
